According to Liquipedia, the winner of The International 2022 – a Dota 2 tournament – will get 45% of the total prize pool, which accounts for $7.6 million at the moment of writing as the pool right now is $16,964,278.

Here is what teams will get depending on their results (the numbers are given for October 20):

1st place – 45% ($7.6 million)
2nd place – 13% ($2.2 million)
3rd place – 9% ($1.5 million)
4th place – 6% ($1 million)
5th-6th places – 3.5% ($593,719)
7th-8th places – 3.5% ($424,128)
9th-12th places – 2% ($339,282)
13th-16th places – 1.5% ($254,436)
17th-20th places – 0.25% ($42,322)

For reference, the winners of the previous two tournaments got 45.5% of the pool, which was $18.2 million in 2021 and $15.6 million in 2019.
