This ARPG Set In A Painterly Dark Fantasy World With 40+ Hours Of Gameplay Time Is Out On Various Platforms

Last November, Primal Game Studio, the team behind Mandragora, announced that the story-driven, side-scroller action RPG would be released on April 17. They kept their promise, and the day finally arrived. 

If you missed our previous coverage about the game, Mandragora is a challenging but rewarding dark fantasy action-RPG that invites you to travel through a world filled with vicious monsters and try not to succumb to the damaging effects of Entropy. You will have to fight deadly bosses and make difficult moral choices to survive in this dark, painterly 2.5D world.

The game's adventure would offer over 40 hours of gameplay, containing 10 Main Quests, 35 Optional Quests, and 15 Bounty Quests that take place in 75 handcrafted locations that are filled with mystery, danger, and twisted beauty.

There is also a wide range of classes to choose from, from Vanguard to Spellbinder, and players can customize their skills and powers with the character development system. "Find Artisans to join your Caravan and unlock new upgrades, and craft powerful weapons, armor, and trinkets to help you die less and deal death faster." The New Game Plus will offer more and harder challenges with new difficulty levels as you restart being even stronger.
