While you're waiting for Bloodborne to be released on PC, try this mod for The Witcher 3: it adds the gun parry and execution mechanic from Bloodborne to CD PROJEKT RED's game.
The mod is created by Mugijang and requires another one to work. You can fire at enemies during their attack to stun and then execute them before they recover. It works both with humans and monsters, with some exceptions.
The attack is sensitive to timing: "A successful gun parry requires the bullet to hit on the target at the start of an attack, which is when the red light first appears on his health bar."
