Transformers fans will be happy to know that Robosen released a Collector's Edition of Grimlock, one of the characters in the franchise, and what a robot it is! Marketed as "the world's first dual-form, bipedal walking robot," this dinosaur is not just a pretty toy: it can transform automatically and even follow your commands.

The 15-inch robot has 85 microchips, 34 servo motors that help it convert seamlessly, and 6-axis IMU sensors to monitor its balance and ensure stability. Grimlock can talk using over 150 original Transformers audio lines, recorded by Gregg Berger, the original voice of G1 Grimlock.
You can interact with the robot hands-free as it recognizes 42 voice commands, such as Transform, Show time, Bite, Fire, and more. Alternatively, Grimlock can be controlled using an accompanying app.

When you're ready to see it all, go to the MiniTheater in the app to make your robot perform in SoloPlay or call your other Robosen toys, like Optimus Prime, to watch coordinated simulations in MultiPlay.

Grimlock is available for $1,699. You'll get the robot itself, some accessories, including a crown, the Galaxial Rocket Launcher, and the Energon Sword, a gold-painted collector's coin, a data cable, and a power adapter.
