This UE5 Action Sword-Fighting RPG Lets You Become a Martial Arts Master

In early 2023, an anonymous Solo Game Developer officially announced JUMUN – Will on the Blade, an upcoming open-world action sword-fighting RPG with soulslike elements being developed with Epic Games' Unreal Engine 5 for PC and consoles.

Following the announcement, the creator kicked off a devlog over on Twitter, regularly demonstrating the game's picturesque landscapes, grotesque monsters, combat and movement mechanics, and more. The devlog, however, was seemingly paused in late February, leaving many fans to wonder whether or not the game was abandoned in its entirety.

Luckily, after months of social media silence, the developer resumed the devlog back in November, sharing several brand-new demos and providing a fresh look at JUMUN's martial arts, high-octane movement animations, and interactive snow. Additionally, the creator answered some of the comments, revealing that JUMUN – Will on the Blade will be a story-driven experience and stating that it will not feature a multiplayer mode on release.
