Ubisoft Reveals Free-to-Play The Division: Heartland

The company is working on a number of projects set in the popular universe.

Ubisoft revealed The Division: Heartland, a free-to-play game set in the Tom Clancy Division universe. The game is being developed by the original Tom Clancy studio, Red Storm Entertainment. Ubisoft plans to release Heartland on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC in the 2021-2022 window.

A little is know about the projects, but the studio noted that it will be a free-to-play experience described as an "all-new perspective on the universe in a new setting".

Ubisoft is also working on new content for The Division 2 and developing The Division Netflix movie, starring Jessica Chastain and Jake Gyllenhaal, plus a new original novel set after the events of The Division 2. What is more, they plan to release a mobile game set in The Division universe.
