I must apologize for previously stating that the announcement of the next Anno game was a surprise because it was unexpected. Clearly, I was mistaken as someone had anticipated this a long time ago.
The prediction was made eight months ago, by a wizard insurance agent from the USA "who really likes Anno and got really lucky on a guess," as detailed in this Reddit post:
The exact title, Anno 117: Pax Romana, was predicted, and they gave us a fair reason behind this title before the developer made an explanation about it.

No wonder that people are asking the original poster for lottery numbers, sports event outcomes, and one even inquired if his girlfriend was "the one". I totally agree with the proposal that Ubisoft should gift the game to the OP for free. What do you think?
