3D Artist known on Reddit as Environmental_Gap_65 shared that they rendered every 10th frame instead of using the standard frame rate. This rendering approach resulted in a choppy, stylized motion that, while unintentional, adds a unique and vintage-like charm to the final piece.
The artist shared the Geometry nodes setup used to create the animation. It distributes points on the mesh surface and animates them back and forth using noise and sine. The creator also added some irregularities to give the setup a snappier look.
