Check out the latest version.
Unity Technologies has made available the first public beta of Unity 2020.1, the first scheduled update this year. The newest version brings more possibilities for character rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering.
First, you get to play with ray-traced character animation (HDRP only, preview). The new version adds support for ray tracing in the Skinned Mesh Renderer component used for character animation. What is more, ray tracing is supported for blend shapes and Alembic caches.
Also, the Universal Render Pipeline (URP) now supports Camera Stacking letting you layer the output of multiple cameras in the rendered output.
There's support for Russian Roulette as an option for terminating bounced light rays when calculating global illumination, helping users reduce GI baking times.
