Unity Icon Collective: Yggdrasil

We’ve already published an article about the Unity Asset Store launching their Unity Icon Collective, a new initiative that bundles together completely original, high-end AAA assets from top industry talent that any Unity creator can use in their project. This week, we’ve decided to write about the initiative once again as we think that it’s really an incredible opportunity to dive into AAA production.

The assets included have been created by an artistic super team:

• This first volume is based on the work of Johnson Ting, who has created concept art and designed collectibles for titles including Gears of War 4 & 5, Halo 5, Resident Evil 7, and Horizon: Zero Dawn
• Character art created by Mufizal Mokhtar, Senior Art Director on Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
• Environment art by Callum Tweedie-Walker
• Animations from Cyrus Lam, Animation Director on Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
• Music by Nathan Cleary, indie games composer
• Sound design by Pinewood Studios’ Head of Creative Audio Glen Gathard
• Cinematic Art by Matteo Grossi, who has worked on Star Wars: Battlefront, Need for Speed, and Mirror’s Edge Catalyst

Icon Pack

The pack features a large number of assets, including character models, animations, an environment, music, sound, cinematic camera and timeline, source files, a trailer, and concept art.

This pack is perfect for artists who want to bring their work to the next level by creating high-end, AAA quality projects. Please note that it is compatible with Unity 2018.3 and beyond.

What is Included:

• A high fidelity character model with multiple accessories, fully rigged with 40 unique animations
• More than 250 3D models of environment and props built in a modular way to allow creative freedom and scalability
• VFX for mood and tone (atmospherics) of sample scene
• SFX for character animations and ambience of environment
• Custom composed music track that is crafted to allow creation of multiple alternate mixes
• Original concept art and related sketches

• SFX for character animations and ambience of environment

Environment Pack

The final pack will help you master different aspects of environment art.

Included:

• 3D models of environment and props built in a modular way to allow creative freedom and scalability
• VFX for mood and tone (atmospherics) of sample scene
• SFX for ambience of environment
• 1 music track that is crafted to allow creation of multiple alternate mixes
