If you have missed the live stream of the tech talks by the industry professionals at Epic Games during Game Developers Conference 2024, no worries, you can now watch several hours' worth of Unreal Engine presentations from the 2024 GDC below.
Unreal Engine just posted three high-quality recordings around an hour long each on its YouTube channel, featuring breakdowns, tools showcases and techniques implemented in the Unreal projects explained by the developers themselves. In the first one, called Achieving Realistic Visual Styles in UEFN with MetaHumans and Marvelous Designer, the experts presented a walkthrough of the technology that enables creators to bring realistic visual styles, including MetaHumans, clothing, and environments into Unreal Editor for Fortnite.

The team behind upcoming Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra and the technical team at Epic also discussed how the MetaHuman technology enabled Marvel and Skydance Media to bring incredible photorealism to their graphics simulation and animation:
