V-Ray Next for SketchUp Update 2 Available

The new version adds support for the RT ray-tracing cores in current-gen Nvidia RTX graphics cards which allows accelerating renders by an average of 40%.

The update brings Color Assistant, an extension to the V-Ray Color Picker helping users generate variations of colors.

It also featured improved material editing workflow and V-Ray can now automatically generate material slots for proxy objects, plus you can add or remove attributes from materials.

Users can now export only selected objects as a V-Ray .vrscene file and there's a new bright color theme for the UI.
