Valve announced a new edition of Steam Deck with an OLED display on their website on November 9. The company equipped the OLED model with not only an improved 7.4-inch display but also increased battery life. The device will go on sale starting on November 16, 2023.

In addition to the regular OLED models, Valve introduced a limited edition with a translucent case. This version is available for ordering in the United States and Canada and will be available for purchase on November 16 for $649.
Alongside the OLED model announcement, Valve reduced the price of the regular Steam Deck with 256GB of storage to $399. The company also stated that it will stop selling models with 64GB and 512GB of storage once the stocks are depleted. Until then, Valve will continue selling them for $349 and $449, respectively.
