Vice President of Marketing Left Valve after 22 years

Doug Lombardi – Valve's Vice President of Marketing – left the company after 22 years of working there. His LinkedIn page says he hasn't been part of the studio since February.

Lombardi was a brand manager for Half-Life in 1998 as part of Sierra Online and later joined Valve, where he worked on marketing.

According to the Twitter user wickedplayer494, who covers the news concerning Valve and its games, Kaci Aitchison is now responsible for communications and marketing. Aitchison started her career with Valve by being The International's backstage host and interviewer, later becoming a full-time employee.
