The developers want to polish it before release.
Warner Bros. has reportedly delayed its Suicide Squad game Kill The Justice League again.
According to Bloomberg, the release date has been pushed from May to later this year; unfortunately, the exact window is not mentioned for now.
The delay is meant to fix bugs and improve some aspects and won’t overhaul "much of the core gameplay that had led to the backlash" when the company showcased it last month.
As Bloomberg's Jason Schreier noted, this delay might not be so bad as it moves Suicide Squad out of the saturated release window, which will give us new Zelda, Diablo, and Final Fantasy games.
Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is an action-adventure third-person shooter being developed by Rocksteady Studios, creators of the Batman: Arkham series. It was first set to release in 2022 but then moved to 2023.
