What Games Does Elon Musk Play?

We kind of knew Elon Musk was an interesting guy, but we didn’t know he was so much into video games. In a recent interview for Y Combinator, Musk talked about various stuff, including his video game tastes. Sam Altman asked him for a video game recommendation and Musk immediately advised Overwatch. Among other games he admires are Hearthstone. “Generally Blizzard does great stuff“, – said Musk. Yes, it does.

But the greatest thing is that Musk genuinely loves Deus Ex. He played Mankind Divided and enjoyed it, though he does not believe it’s the ‘best’. He particularly didn’t like the story, calling it ‘lame‘. Ouch! He praised the original Deus Ex’s story, saying it was amazing.

Now it seems kind of obvious that Elon Musk loves Deus Ex. I mean, what else on Earth, would he be playing? Astroneer? Civilization VI? Maybe DOTA 2? Actually, Musk plays a LOT. Last year a nice list of his favorites was published.
