World of Horror, the "1-bit love letter to Junji Ito and H.P. Lovecraft", is leaving Early Access after more than 3 years of being there. The developer panstasz presented a new trailer revealing the release date: the "hellish roguelite" will be fully out on October 19, 2023.
"The Old Gods are reawakening, clawing their way back into a world that’s spiraling into madness. In hospitals, abandoned classrooms, quiet apartments, and dark forests, strange appearances and unexplainable phenomena test the sanity of residents in Shiokawa, Japan. Is it chaotic retribution, or the machinations of beings beyond our comprehension?"
The unique-looking RPG offers you to traverse its reality through turn-based combat and unforgiving choices. You will uncover disturbing clues and solve puzzles across multiple randomized mysteries.
