Microsoft has finally announced a price for one of its upcoming consoles.
A laked reveal trailer for the Xbox Series S states that the new console doesn't have a disc drive. It can run next-gen games at up to 120 frames-per-second and 1440p using a custom NVE SSD, all in a box 60% smaller than the Xbox Series X.
The device is an upcoming next-gen console which is an alternative to the Xbox Series X. The official announcement was made on Twitter revealing the Xbox Series S (AKA Lockhart) as "next-gen performance in the smallest Xbox ever". Microsoft also confirmed that the console's price is set at $299/£249.
As you can see, the console features a giant vent. It will let you run upcoming Xbox Series X games including Halo Infinite, Fable 4, plus all other announced titles.
