Xsolla Announced a Strategic Partnership with Pocket Gamer Connects

The collaboration will offer mobile game developers access to tools and insights on monetization, user acquisition, and cross-platform measurement. 

Xsolla has entered a strategic partnership with Pocket Gamer Connects (PGC) for 2025. Xsolla, which has supported developers in generating over $1.5 billion in online game revenue through its web shop development and management services, will combine its expertise with the global reach of PGC’s events.

The partners want to provide mobile developers with additional opportunities to enhance revenue and engagement beyond traditional app stores. Throughout 2025, Xsolla will sponsor various PGC events worldwide, sharing its experience in direct-to-consumer monetization and player engagement strategies. Below are the locations where Xsolla will be present in 2025.

  • PGC San Francisco (March 17-18)
  • PGC Dubai (May 7-8)
  • PGC Barcelona (June 3-4)
  • PG Summit Shanghai (July 30)
  • Mobile Games Awards at Gamescom (August)
  • PGC Helsinki (October 7-8)

Xsolla will host leadership sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities to help developers explore new revenue channels. The company plans to share data-driven insights to support mobile game creators in expanding their businesses beyond traditional app store models.

Xsolla also shared plans for its new partnership with AppsFlyer, a mobile measurement and data analytics provider. This integration is designed to address the cross-platform attribution challenges mobile developers face. Through the integration, developers will be able to:

  • Track Web Shop purchases as in-app events for more accurate lifetime value (LTV) and return on ad spend (ROAS) measurements.
  • Attribute Web Shop revenue to mobile user acquisition, re-engagement, and retention campaigns.
  • Optimize ad spending across mobile platforms and Web Shops using real-time analytics without additional coding.

Xsolla’s Web Shop solution has contributed to over $1.5 billion in online game revenue by enabling direct-to-consumer sales and currently boasts over 500 Web Shops generating revenue. By integrating AppsFlyer’s analytics, developers get a more comprehensive view of the player journey, facilitating more informed business decisions and improved ROI.
