You Won't See Any Racy Moments in Switch Version of Dispatch
No nudity or suggestive noises.

Dispatch might not be too sexually charged, but there's enough nudity to make Nintendo censor the game on Switch.
If you wish for the full experience, you should consider other platforms, where you can toggle censorship on and off, because Switch will not give you such an option – it's either censored or nothing at all.
"Different platforms have different content criteria, and submissions are evaluated individually," developer AdHoc said (via Eurogamer). "We worked with Nintendo to ensure the content within the title met the criteria to release on their platforms, but the core narrative and gameplay experience remains identical to the original release."
So it's safe to play Dispatch on Switch (maybe a bit too safe), other parts of the game haven't been affected. Still, it shows what to expect from games on Nintendo's platforms in the future.
