Jesse Miettinen was inspired by a recent setup by CG COOKIE and shared his amazing version of visualizing liquid without fluid sim.
Jesse Miettinen, 3D Artist and Blender enthusiast, also known as Blenderesse, showed an impressive liquid visualization created entirely without using Blender's traditional fluid simulation system. Instead, the artist relied on alternative techniques to mimic the dynamic water behavior.
Jesse Miettinen created the setup using Geometry Nodes, integrating shaders and a basic simulation system. He noted that it is an effective shader practice.
The artist was inspired by a recent work shared by CG COOKIE, in which the creators crafted a realistic simulation of bottled water using Dynamic Paint, Boolean modifiers, and constraints.
