We build games we are deeply passionate about, and right now, we are crafting a brand-new, stylized game set in space in the 1960s (which you will be working on). We previously launched The Headliners on PC in 2025, which sold over 1.4M copies.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 5+ years in game dev (indie or otherwise).
  • Stylized vision: A sharp eye for stylized, low-poly aesthetics.
  • Autonomous and driven: we do not micromanage. We need a doer and someone we can trust.
  • Technical skills: Mastery of your 3D package of choice (Blender, Maya, etc.) and expert-level Unreal Engine knowledge. Tech Art or optimization skills are a massive bonus.
  • Communication: Fluent English and comfortable working 100% remotely from anywhere.

Product Designer at Xbox Game Studios

We’re looking for a Product Designer who is eager to deepen their systems thinking, cares deeply about visual and interaction craft, and is ready to contribute to high‑impact product areas. You’re curious about emerging AI workflows and comfortable prototyping beyond static mocks. You bring strong fundamentals, a growth mindset, and a desire to collaborate closely with other designers, PMs, and engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).

Environment Art Review Artist [Contract] at Nintendo of America

In this position, you will review outsourced environments and assets to ensure all deliverables align with the artistic vision, quality bar, and technical specifications of the project. You will deliver clear, timely, and actionable feedback to external artists producing high-volume environmental art content, provide accurate time estimates for the creation of individual art assets, as well as full environments, and create art assets and/or refine existing ones when needed while maintaining visual and technical consistency with the project.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in video game production as an Environment Artist with a shipped game (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong working knowledge of Maya, Substance 3D Painter, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Deep understanding of modern game‑production pipelines, including both artistic and technical requirements.
  • Strong grasp of fundamental art principles, including color, composition, value, structure, perspective, and basic lighting concepts.
  • Solid understanding of world-building fundamentals for games, such as player pathing, focal points/POIs, detail distribution, composition, and set dressing.
  • Strong knowledge of asset optimization techniques and the ability to maintain high‑quality visuals within technical constraints.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience creating lighting for environments, doing lighting reviews, and the ability to provide constructive and actionable lighting feedback is a plus.
  • Experience working on an outsourcing team or closely collaborating with external vendors/artists is a plus.
  • Experience leading and/or mentoring a small art team is a plus.

Senior 3D Environment Artist at Behaviour Interactive

We’re seeking someone who can quickly adapt and efficiently create high-quality assets, with a solid understanding of the classic environment art pipeline, including baking, texture seam management, and optimization.

What we're looking for:

  • Mastery of the modeling component in Maya. Relevant experience with any other equivalent software will be considered.
