A Detailed 3D Recreation of Fallout New Vegas' Yes Man

Connor Evans contributed to the ongoing Fallout craze with a new highly detailed artwork.

Connor Evans, a talented Hard-Surface/Prop Artist, has contributed to the ongoing Fallout frenzy ignited by Amazon's TV series presenting a stunning 3D recreation of the best character from the best Fallout game.

Blending character and hard-surface art together, the artist has thoroughly remade Fallout: New Vegas' Yes Man, a friendly Securitron and a key figure in the game's "independent Vegas" route, enhancing the character's appearance with an extra layer of wear, tear, and rust. According to the author, the model was set up using Maya for modeling, Substance 3D Painter for texturing, and Marmoset Toolbag for rendering.

And here are the "specs" of Connor's Yes Man:

  • Low Poly: 18k Faces/33.3k Tris
  • High Poly: 5.4m Faces/10.9m Tris
  • Uses 1 x 4K Texture Map
  • 1 x 4K Albedo with Alpha for Transparency
  • 1 x 4K Normal
  • 1 x 4k Roughness (Green Channel)/Metalness (Blue Channel)/Ambient Occlusion (Red Channel)
  • 1 x 4K Emmisve
