A Free Blender Add-On for Adding Edge Damage

The add-on uses Geometry Nodes to accomplish the task.

Tech Artist Christopher Sims has released a great new add-on for Blender that will greatly simplify the modeling process. Using the power of Blender's Geometry Nodes, this add-on allows you to add edge damage to your models. The add-on works with Blender 3.0+ and is very simple to use.

"This node graph will be much smaller once Blender adds a Bevel node. Before importing to a game engine, use a Triangulate node to eliminate n-gons and consider adding smooth shading to the damaged faces," comments Christopher.
