A Great Plaster Shader Set Up in Unreal Engine 5.1

The shader enables its creator to paint on meshes.

3D Environment and Prop Artist Thiago Araujo has recently released a lengthy demo showcasing an absolutely incredible plaster shader set up in Unreal Engine 5.1. According to the demo, the shader enables its creator to paint various surfaces on a mesh, including bricks and plaster, and tweak the painted areas. The author commented that although the shader was quite complex, it allowed for "a lot of flexibility" and enabled Thiago to easily customize the surfaces of the stylized scene he is currently working on.
