Game Developer known as Madly Games has shared a cool new demo that showcases an amazing magnetic system the developer has been working on since late March. The newly-released demo shows a full-fledged game level with a Beyblade-looking spinner attaching itself to various surfaces and being able to defy gravity using a custom-made magnetic system built by Madly Games using Kinematic Character Controller, a physics solution for Unity that allows one to move a character within the world according to its own set of rules.
According to the creator, the system still needs some refinement but will soon be completed and game-ready. In the future, the developer plans to share the prototype via Steam for everyone to try it out.
