The sim consists of 100,000 vertex-animated fish and runs at 60+ FPS.

Game Developer Monad of Eirye, who earlier showcased a neat 3D take on a classical diegetic inventory system inspired by old-school games, has recently released one more demo for Full Fathom, an upcoming survival horror game and thalassophobia simulator, currently being developed by Monad and Game Developer Bodorol.

Continuing to present Full Fathom's features, the developer showed an incredible school of fish simulation that consists of 100,000 vertex-animated fish. According to the creator, the simulation was set up in Unity using its DOTS Hybrid Renderer and runs at 60+ FPS.
