A New Add-On for Working with Atomic Data in Blender's Geometry Nodes

Molecular Nodes provides an interface for converting data files into meshes that are usable by Geometry Nodes.

Check out Molecular Nodes – a new add-on for working with structural biology and molecular data in Blender. It's created by BradyAJohnston and allows converting .pdb and other file types into meshes that are usable by Geometry Nodes.

The tool adds nodes, including Atomic Properties, Style Colour, and Animate Frames. Here is an example of the latter, with .pdb frames taken from this tweet:
