A New Free Add-On for Beveling Meshes in Blender

3D Artist and Add-On Maker known as Kushiro has released Soft Bevel, an experimental add-on for Blender that simplifies the creation of rounded meshes and enables you to bevel a selected mesh without self-overlapping.

Designed to simplify the modeling process in Blender, the tool allows its user to shrink a model into a more "rounded" form, creating some interesting shapes. On top of that, the tool can bevel meshes with boolean cut details, also avoiding the overlapping problem.
