Generate hair by using guide mesh (grid surface), using particle hair interactive grooming, or by drawing hair strands.

Check out a flexible hair add-on for Blender 3.0 and 2.93 that lets you generate hair card-based on 3D curves in a non-destructive way. The tool allows you to generate hair and control it by using guide mesh (grid surface), using particle hair interactive grooming, or by drawing hair strands (similar to Grease Pencil drawing).
