A Procedural Tangerine Made in Blender

Blender Artist Sanctus has created a cool-looking tangerine with just two shaders.

3D Artist Sanctus, known for producing in-depth tutorials and amazing projects, has unveiled a cool new project made entirely in Blender. This time, the artist has managed to create a procedural tangerine that has both the peel and the slices inside. According to the author, the project consists of only two shaders – one shader for the inside, one for the outside, and a mask that moves up and down switching from one to the other. To complete the fruit, Sanctus thickened the peel and squashed it a bit more on the poles. Here's the final result posted by the artist:
