"The beginning of a post-iPhone era" is about to start.
A new report from Bloomberg's Mark Gurman claims Apple's AR/VR headset will be revealed at WWDC 2023 on June 5 (via Tom's Guide). He said that "Apple Inc. has chosen June 5, 2023, as one of the most important days in its history" and described the launch as "the beginning of a post-iPhone era."
He also believes WWDC will share a look at the headset's xrOS operating system, accessories, services, and "a software development kit and platform that will let developers write new types of apps."
Last month, Financial Times reported that Apple's CEO Tim Cook and COO Jeff Williams had been pushing to release the device despite the design team saying it was not yet ready.
June 5 is pretty close, so we will see if the launch is true soon enough. Meanwhile, find the article here and don't forget to join our 80 Level Talent platform and our Telegram channel, follow us on Instagram and Twitter, where we share breakdowns, the latest news, awesome artworks, and more.
