Artist Playing with Half-Wet Paint-Like Materials in Blender

There is a TikTok user who sells half-dried paint art; I don't remember his name, but you don't have to look for him because Francesco Piacenti, a.k.a. FR3NKD, has a Blender version right here.

In his recent showcase, he plays around with his new matcaps, which looks like he messes with paint that hardened on top but is still wet underneath. It's surprisingly satisfying, just like FR3NKD's other works.
