Artist Shows Geometry Nodes Tool for Visualizing Hands & Feet
LimbKit is suitable for character and creature design.
3D Generalist Jörg Grubmüller announced the release of LimbKit, a Geometry Nodes tool for Blender designed for quick modeling of hands and feet.
The tool is suitable for characters, creatures, or stylized designs, as it's also capable of visualizing claws, paws or stylized limbs. Rather than manually sculpting or retopologizing limb shapes, LimbKit implies placing fingers or toes on a base mesh and then automatically merging everything into a clean final mesh. The tool combines quick creation with full control over placement and proportions.
LimbKit is currently free for testing, and the artist says he would appreciate feedback, ideas, and suggestions. Further plans include releasing a tutorial to show how the system works and how to use all of its possibilities.
