Ubisoft has released the final update for Assassin's Creed Valhalla, 1.7.0. The patch launched on February 21 across PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S bringing multiple small bug fixes and improvements.
The last content update for Valhalla took place in December 2022, however, Ubisoft continued to work on the game to fix remaining bugs and make other changes, which we can see in Update 1.7.0.
The final update for the game brings several small adjustments including changes to the River Raids, inventory, and a number of other minor improvements.
It's worth noting that the game was released over two years ago, and since then had been receiving consistent support from Ubisoft, including various patches and multiple expansions featuring new story quests. Nonetheless, with the release of this final patch, it seems that long-term support for the game will end.
Apparently, Ubisoft will now focus on new parts in the Assassin's Creed series, the first of which will be Assassin's Creed Mirage, which is scheduled to release later this year.
