VFX Artist Jesse Pitela, who explored Unreal Engine 5.4's Motion Design mode in the past, has dived into the updated tools in Unreal Engine 5, this time presenting a simulation of attraction force powers created entirely without the use of standard Niagara.
Unreal Engine 5.5's Motion Design mode provides a complete set of tools for creating complex motion graphics. Version 5.5 includes enhanced collisions, forces, effectors, particle coloring, dynamic material changes, animators, modifiers, and an upgraded material designer.
