Check out this collection of mind-blowing character renders made by 3D Artist Plea Ruffin that look so photorealistic, that it is easier to believe them to be edited real-life photographs rather than CG models. Pushing realism to new heights, Ruffin created these portraits using Blender, a free and open-source 3D software for modeling, texturing, rendering, animation, and VFX. Attached below are some of the renders, along with behind-the-scenes shots that prove that those are indeed 3D models, shared by the artist:
