Battlefield 6 Will Crash Lazy CoD with Rainbow Colors, Ex-Blizzard Boss Says
This will be good for the franchise in the long run, according to the former manager.

Ybarra claimed that the Call of Duty franchise "has gone downhill for years since then. It’s a mess." Among the reasons, the ex-boss named cheating, heavy UI/install, and rainbow colors.
"CoD will get better because BF will be great," continued Ybarra. "You’re blind if you don’t see that. Bitter? No, glad I’m not part of the end of Xbox. Upset they can’t lead teams to make good games? Yes. Because they layoff all those people for leaderships mishaps."
Reactions on the social media platform X were mixed. Some supported Ybarra and said they welcome more competition between franchises. Others were skeptical, pointing out Call of Duty’s massive fanbase and continued popularity.
The last time both franchises launched new games in the same year was 2021, when Battlefield 2042 and Call of Duty: Vanguard were released.
