LogInNEKOMIMI DESTRUCTION brings pure anime to gaming and is now available to try on Steam.
A cute girl gets transferred to a new school – an anime trope that's probably as old as romantic anime itself. But what if, instead of becoming the love interest for the lonely loner at the last desk by the window, this transfer student had Ranma's martial arts skills and Jolyne Kujo's attitude? Then, you would get NEKOMIMI DESTRUCTION, an upcoming action fighter from IKARUGA GAME that lets you beat up delinquents to rise to the top of the school's food chain.
Powered by Unreal Engine 5, NEKOMIMI DESTRUCTION puts you in the shoes of a high school girl wearing kawaii cat-ear headphones. But don't let her small frame fool you, for our rampaging protagonist packs a serious punch and uses her headphones to detect incoming attacks, fighting back with her fists and legs or one of seven different weapons available in the game.
Like any other fighting game worth its salt, NEKOMIMI DESTRUCTION boasts two distinct modes: the Story Mode, where you fight low-level hoodlums and their bosses, collecting key items and gradually unlocking new areas of the school, and the VS100 Mode, which, as the name suggests, lets you take on 100 attackers in a small room – pure combat without any story to distract you.
