Are we surprised?
Bethesda
Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition is finally here to celebrate the game's 10th birthday with a big box of presents, including 6 DLCs, over 150 Creations Club items, and a pack of bugs.
Players are already reporting a heap of issues: crashes, visual glitches, the Creations menu not working, and more. Oh, and I hope you don't rely on your mods too much, as the new edition will likely break them.
Well, nothing new from Bethesda, if you think about it. "It just works" as the studio intended so modders can fix it themselves. Thankfully, at least the Creations Club problems should be fixed by the company soon, which might help its tanking Steam reviews ("Mostly Negative" in a day is quite impressive.)
"Breaking the game on its anniversary is peak Bethesda," commented one Redditor.
"I was really concerned they wouldn't. I was worried. Glad to see they're still the Bethesda we know," replied another, which should tell you everything you need to know about Bethesda if, for some reason (for this exact reason), you're still unfamiliar with it.
Just a reminder, this bouquet costs $60, like a new, modern game. Makes you wonder what The Elder Scrolls 6 will bring, whenever it gets released.
