Big Walk Will Fix Feature You Probably Complained Most About

The first thing I heard (or didn't) when I started Big Walk, a new co-op game by the creators of Untitled Goose Game, was my friends' voices, and many players definitely agreed: it's hard to hear others, and there is no slider to control how much you'd need to strain your hearing.
Faced with complaints, House House promised to fix the issue:
"We understand that some people are having a problem where their friends' voices are too quiet in the game. Sorry about this!" they said. "While Big Walk is built around players getting quieter when they are farther away, we can see that for some setups, players' voices are much quieter than intended even when very close by.
"We're working to put out a fix as soon as we can."
While I understand the initial intention, I think checking out other "friendslop" games' settings before the launch would have been beneficial for the team: there is a reason why you can change every player's volume in PEAK, Lethal Company, and such, after all.
(I hope my complaint about buggy jumping will be heard as well.)
