Great for anime scenes, concept art renders, and stylized environment workflows, this new add-on from Casey Sheep and MeiU lets you create cloud shapes that are traditionally difficult to achieve in 3D: soft, painterly, and still behaving like real three-dimensional objects.
Build the exact cloud silhouette you want, shaping and art-directing them to match your composition, from small fluffy clouds to large formations. You can also convert any mesh into a stylized cloud with one click, then mix and match from 10 ready-to-use presets. Orbit freely around them, animate your camera, and render from different angles.
Below are several example renders created using Cloud Paint:

Cloud Paint supports Blender 4.5 and above, including Blender 5.1. It's designed for Eevee only and doesn't support Cycles.
Detailed documentation and a tutorial video are included. You can purchase Cloud Paint with a limited-time 25% discount by clicking here.
The developers are currently working on a major V3 update for their stylized grass asset library, which you will receive as a free update if you own GrassPaint V2:
