Some insider information has been revealed about the Silent Hill 2 remake. Rumor has it the game is being developed by Bloober Team to be a timed PlayStation exclusive featuring reworked puzzles and new endings.
Blogger Nate the Hate also said that there are multiple Silent Hill projects in development, including a new mainline title and side stories.
Jeff Grubb then shared that his sources say the same, adding that what he's seen "lines up with Konami doing a big reveal at E3 last year before it pulled out." Grubb also mentioned that he thinks Gematsu was wrong in its article saying Kojima Productions is working on a new Silent Hill game.
A couple of days ago, Twitter user Dusk Golem leaked some Silent Hill shots, which were promptly deleted soon. Later, Dusk Golem shared that there are three games in development.
Bloober Team, allegedly working on the remake, is best known for developing Layers of Fear, Observer, Blair Witch, and The Medium.
Seems like we should expect a Silent Hill game in the future.
