The game is delayed, but it's still coming.
The PC release of the fan-made game, Bloodborne Kart, was originally scheduled for January 31. However, just a few days before the long-awaited launch, Lilith Walther, the developer behind the demake, announced a delay.
"Long story short I need to scrub the branding off of what was previously known as Bloodborne Kart, which we will do," Walther wrote on Twitter. "But that requires a short delay. Don't worry, the game is still coming out! It'll just look slightly different."

According to Walther, Sony contacted the team and asked that all references to the Bloodborne branding be removed. Despite being created as a parody of the popular action RPG game by FromSoftware, the team of devoted enthusiasts will now have to eliminate these elements from their project.
"We don't have a release date yet, but we will let you all know ASAP when we do!" shared the team in an update video. "We were honestly expecting something like this to happen, and the idea of having full creative control is kind of exciting!"
Speaking of the demake, in March 2022, the developer announced the project and kept their community updated by sharing regular production details, including gameplay videos. As for now, we don't know when the demake will be out, hopefully, we'll hear about it soon.
