Andry Dédouze officially released Simple Animation Graph, created in collaboration with Pullusb.
You might remember Andry Dédouze's Blender add-on for animating 3D objects, inspired by traditional 2D animation, which was announced last autumn and released in its early version. Well, it's finally here, bringing together the charm of 2D animation with the power of 3D with some exciting features and more on the way.
Designed for Blender 4.1 and above, Simple Animation Graph lets you effortlessly draw the trajectory of your object or bone, mark the desired spacings along that path, hit Animate, and have your animation ready. With this, you can visually apply animation principles by setting precise positions for each keyframe, enabling you to create smooth accelerations, decelerations, and other dynamic effects.
The add-on's page provides detailed instructions and common mistakes to avoid, and with your purchase, you'll also receive future fixes and updates for free. Get Simple Animation Graph by clicking this link and have a look at some of Andry's fantastic 3D artworks, including a behind-the-scenes look at Call Of Duty: Mobile animation, UNIQLO ads, 3D posters, or gouache paintings projected onto 3D meshes:
