Capcom President Would Politely Decline A Merger With Microsoft

The manager would prefer the companies to remain equal partners. 

In a recent interview, Haruhiro Tsujimoto, President of Capcom, was asked if he would agree to a merger with Microsoft if such an offer was made.

The president said that he would politely decline such a deal. He believes it would be better for the two companies to remain equal partners."

Tsujimoto also mentioned that Capcom focuses on the development of its own employees and organic growth rather than acquiring other companies. For this reason, Tsujimoto has no plans for any acquisitions.
