LogInDaniel Ceballos offered an under-the-hood look at Sony Pictures Animation's latest film.
Last week, Sony Pictures Animation and Netflix released KPop Demon Hunters, an animated musical fantasy action-comedy featuring striking visuals inspired by editorial photography, music videos, anime, and Korean dramas.
Offering a behind-the-scenes look at said visuals is Daniel Ceballos, Senior Animator at Sony Imageworks, who shared a couple of hilarious videos featuring over-the-top acting and self-recorded animation references he used to bring the character Zoey to life. "It had been a while since l'd done something this cartoony, and I had a blast," the author commented. "The fun thing about shooting ref with friends is the unpredictable balance of productive brainstorming and goofing off.
