coolindiedev worked on lighting, shading, and programming. The creator shared that for the video, lighting was made with giant emissive light combined with a spot light and approximately 15 smaller spot lights. The developer explained that there was a hole in the roof with a hollow cube over it, which had the emissive material. Inside the cube, there's a spot light for soft shadows.
