BREKEKEKEX is a newly revealed short hack-and-slash action-adventure developed by nohost and set in a surreal swamp where you fight brutal frogs.

Inspired by anime arena fighters, the third-person brawler utilizes a free-aim camera system. The main value is your skills, and the game offers a melee-focused action. There are aerial and ground attacks. You need to master manual precision, as attacks strike where you aim, and navigate fast-paced combat, where the main focus is movement and player decision-making rather than upgrades.

In the game, you can play as different characters, each featuring distinct movement, weapons, and combat styles, which you need to uncover and master, learning how each character handles momentum, spacing, and pressure.
