This complete city generator package allows you to design massive cities, ranging from straight and curve road tools to intersection processors, followed by processing tools with the spawn of procedural and static buildings, car parking, alleys, and more.

With its ability to solve physically intricate accurate intersections, iPCC enables the creation of any sort of road network, including ramps, highways, and freeways, and has made the process much easier by letting you draw them using reference images of real-world representation.

The Spline-based road system also leverages the creation of any sort of road props.

You can design any building shape with the Procedural Spline shape generator and convert it to real geometry buildings with the help of the modular grammar-based procedural building generator. There are also premade static meshes and Blueprints available as well.

The developers claim this tool is the only city builder plug-in that "automatically instantiates your meshes at generation time without the need for you to intervene and save you hustle and tons of hours of optimization". On top of that iPCC is integrated inside UE5 world management systems with the use of World Partition and its layer system to manage complex and bigger worlds.

    nowhere it says what building meshes are included. It's obvious they're using a lot of Matrix Demo meshes but what it is License wise since it's not selling through Epic Marketplace ?
